No — while Lagree and Pilates share some similarities, they are distinct methods. Pilates emphasizes controlled, precise movements that build core strength, stability, and flexibility, often performed on a reformer. Lagree is performed on a machine called a Megaformer and combines strength training, endurance, and cardio into one low-impact, high-intensity workout. Both are effective, but they are different in approach, intensity, and overall experience.

Yes. Classes are designed for all levels, with modifications and progressions to meet you where you are.

Yes, if you’re experienced with the method and cleared by your doctor. We offer prenatal modifications, but don’t recommend starting Lagree for the first time while pregnant.

For safety and hygiene, grip socks are required for all classes. Forgot yours? A curated selection is available for purchase at the studio.

Founder’s Memberships welcome the first members of the Society — those who join us before doors officially open. These memberships include exclusive founding rates and early access to class bookings. Founder’s rates remain in place as long as your membership stays active; if you cancel and return later, standard rates will apply.

Classes may be canceled up to 10 hours before the scheduled start time without penalty. Cancellations made within 10 hours will result in the loss of that class credit or, for Unlimited members, a late cancellation fee will apply. Cancellations must be made through the app or by logging into our website — we’re unable to process cancellations by email or message.
