Lagree is a high-intensity, low-impact muscular endurance and strength workout that uses spring-based resistance to challenge the entire body. Every movement is intentionally designed to sculpt, strengthen, and build stability and endurance, with a strong emphasis on the core. The result is an efficient, full-body workout that leaves you feeling stronger, more stable, and deeply challenged.
-
No — while Lagree and Pilates share some similarities, they are distinct methods. Pilates emphasizes controlled, precise movements that build core strength, stability, and flexibility, often performed on a reformer. Lagree is performed on a machine called a Megaformer and combines strength training, endurance, and cardio into one low-impact, high-intensity workout. Both are effective, but they are different in approach, intensity, and overall experience.

Classes are 50 min long, with 45 min of full-body work followed by 5 min of intentional stretching. We believe stretching is an essential part of the workout: it helps support mobility, release tension, and keep your body feeling strong and balanced.
-
Expect to be challenged for the full 45 minutes, with plenty of muscle shaking as you activate stabilizing muscles you may not typically target. Every movement can be modified to meet your fitness level, so you can challenge yourself at your own pace.
You may be sore for a few days afterward, which is completely normal, embrace it as a sign that you challenged your body in a new way.

We’re located in the heart of Old City, with plenty of street parking available throughout the neighborhood. There are also several nearby parking garages, including 27 S 3rd St Parking, just a short walk from the studio.
