1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, purchasing a class or membership, joining a waitlist, or attending a class at Sculpted Society (“Sculpted Society,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). These Terms govern your access to and use of our studio, website, services, memberships, and products. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any material changes will be communicated, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Studio Usage Policies
Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to attend class.
Arrival: Returning clients should arrive at least 5 minutes early; new clients must arrive 10–15 minutes early. For safety and class flow, doors will be locked once class begins. Late entry is not permitted.
Grip Socks: Required for hygiene and safety; available for purchase in-studio.
Instructor & Class Changes: Instructors, class formats, and schedules are subject to change without notice.
Waiver: All clients must sign a waiver prior to participating in class.
3. Reservations, Cancellations & Fees
Advance Cancellation: Cancel at least 10 hours before class to avoid penalties.
Late Cancel: Cancellations within 10 hours of class start time incur a $15 fee (and forfeiture of class credit or one day of unlimited membership).
No-Show: Failure to attend a reserved class incurs a $20 fee (and forfeiture of class credit or one day of unlimited membership).
Guest Pass: If attending on a member’s guest pass, the sponsoring member is responsible for any late cancel or no-show fees.
Waitlist Policy: An active membership or class pack is required to join the waitlist. If a spot becomes available, you will be automatically added up to 1 hour prior to class start and will be subject to the cancellation policy. To avoid being added when unavailable, please remove yourself from the waitlist in advance.
4. Memberships, Packages & Payments
Purchases: All sales are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable. Multi-class packages cannot be shared.
Membership Auto-Renewal: Memberships renew automatically unless canceled at least 7 days prior to the next billing cycle via written request.
Membership Freeze: Memberships may be frozen up to two (2) times per calendar year. For any additional or extenuating circumstances, please contact us directly.
Payment Methods: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Cash is not accepted.
Unpaid Balances: Failure to maintain a valid payment method may result in service suspension, additional fees, and/or account deactivation.
Price Changes: Pricing is subject to change. Credits and packages retain their value until their stated expiration.
5. Refunds & Expiration
Class Packages: Valid only within their stated expiration period. Extensions may be granted in extenuating circumstances at our discretion.
Gift Cards: Do not expire but become non-refundable once applied to an account.
No Refund Policy: Except where required by applicable law, all purchases are non-refundable.
6. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
We aim to resolve any concerns promptly and professionally. Please contact us directly with any issues.
By agreeing to these Terms, you consent to resolve disputes through binding, individual arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act. Disputes may not be brought on a class or collective basis. If the class action waiver is deemed unenforceable, arbitration will not apply and disputes will be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction.
7. Pennsylvania Consumer Notice
Sculpted Society LLC is registered in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
In accordance with Pennsylvania consumer protection laws:
Consumers may have the right to cancel certain contracts within a limited period where applicable by law.
If services cannot be rendered due to permanent closure or relocation without reasonable accommodation, clients may be entitled to a prorated refund where required by law.
Contracts may be canceled in the event of death or medical disability, subject to appropriate documentation and applicable legal provisions.
Nothing in these Terms overrides your rights under Pennsylvania law. For full details regarding your rights, please refer to applicable state statutes or your membership agreement.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, logos, and materials—whether digital or in-studio—are the exclusive property of Sculpted Society. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
9. Miscellaneous
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and applicable federal law.
Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Sculpted Society and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
